Ingredients:

Filling:

• 2 kg of apples
• 2 tbsp. of sugar
• 1 tsp. of cinnamon

Dough:

• 250 g of margarine
• 250 g of sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 dl of milk
• 15 g of baking powder
• 800 g of flour

It is one of my favourite cakes. You can find a recipe for this tasty cake on a lot of places on the internet. This is how I made it.

   
First thing you should do is to wash the apples and peel them.

   
You need to grate the peeled apples to get filling with which we will fill the cake. Start the preparation of dough with margarine.

   
It is necessary to slice the margarine for easier stirring. Put eggs along with margarine and stir it with a mixer.

   
In such mixture add sugar and milk.

   
You need to stir it well and after that add flour and baking powder.

   
Knead dough well and divide it in two identical halves. Flatten the first halve and put it into a pan covered with margarine and flour. Spread grated apple over the first layer of dough and cover it with the second layer. Put the pan in the oven and bake it on 180 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes.
You may pour some powdered sugar over the baked and cooled cake.
